If you are a renter or rent your unit out, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Articles of Incorporatiion, By Laws, CC&R's, and Operating Rules are available to download from this web site. Go to the CC&R's, Operating Rules page.

• Remind your real estate agent that you are allowed one "For Sale" sign on the perimeter closest to your unit and signs in your windows - no signs are allowed at the entrance to the Vineyards.

• Any outside staging, other than on your patio or front porch, needs to be approved by the Landscape Committee.

• A new owner must occupy their condo for at least two years before requesting the right to lease/rent their unit.

• There is no smoking in the Vineyards.

• Occupancy limitations:
  • 1 bedroom units - 3 occupants
  • 2 bedroom units - 4 occupants
  • 3 bedroom units - 5 occupants
